Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati (born 1960) is a universally respected master of classical yoga and the chosen spiritual successor to Swami Satyananda Saraswati. Raised in the Munger ashram from age four, he founded the world's first university of yoga (Bihar Yoga Bharati) and was decorated with India's third-highest civilian honor, the Padma Bhushan, in 2017 for his lifelong devotion to preserving authentic yoga traditions
