Meet the Author

Nanditha Krishna is an Indian art historian and writer, and the director of the C.P. Ramaswami Aiyar Foundation in Chennai. Her work spans Indian art, culture, religion, mythology and heritage. Her other books include The Art and Iconography of Vishnu-Narayana, Manuscript Paintings of the Sarasvati Mahal Library, Tanjore and works on Hindu deities and traditions.
