The book serves as a breakdown of the grand spiritual campaign called the "Know Yourself Yogotsav Bharat Yoga Yatra 2018". It frames these events not just as health workshops, but as a silent cultural and spiritual revolution meant to bring authentic Yoga Vidya (classical yoga science) directly to the public.

Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati was born in Chhattisgarh in 1960. Raised from early childhood at the Bihar School of Yoga by his master, Swami Satyananda Saraswati, he succeeded the lineage as a prominent global spiritual guide. He conceptualized this modern Yogayatra campaign to systemize and share traditional ashram knowledge with the modern world
